MEET THE LEPC OFFICERS

Chair - Willard Hand

Willard has lived in the Copper Valley for 40 years.  Currently, he works for the Native Village of Tazlina, as the Tribal Response Coordinator and Native American Land Environmental Mitigation Program Manager with Department of Defense (DoD).  He is a Hazardous Wast and Emergency Reponse (HAZWOPER) instructor.  He believes that the only way for a small rural community to be prepared for emergencies is through community wide training and planning.
